Refund Policy

1. Overview

All purchases of Private Transcriber AI are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. As the Merchant of Record, Paddle is the seller of the subscription and handles all payment processing and refund requests.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle and on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please contact Paddle directly.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in relation to products which are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you can:

Use the "Request Refund" option in the Application settings
Visit paddle.net to submit a refund request directly to Paddle

4. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved by Paddle:

The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction
Processing time depends on your payment method and financial institution
The refund amount may differ from your original payment due to currency exchange rate fluctuations

5. Subscription Cancellation

To cancel your subscription and avoid future charges:

Cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date
You can cancel through the subscription management interface in the Application or through your Paddle account
After cancellation, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period

6. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, unless the digital content has been downloaded or streamed. For full details of your cancellation rights, please refer to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.

This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
